Coloring for Littles is operated by Everything is Peachy s.r.o., Slovakia. We are the controller of personal information processed through coloringforlittles.com. For privacy questions or requests, email support@coloringforlittles.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image if provided, and authentication records. If you use a password, we store a password hash rather than the plain-text password. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to authenticate you and may store provider tokens.
- Session and technical information: session identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, and request or error information used to operate and secure the service.
- Your activity: saved favorites, preferences, generation prompts, generated coloring pages, and records associating pages with your account. We also record download counts.
- Messages you send us: your contact details and the contents of support, privacy, or intellectual-property reports.
You can browse public coloring pages without creating an account. Please avoid putting personal information, children's names, or other sensitive details into generation prompts.
How and why we use information
We use account, session, preference, and generation information to provide the features you request. Where applicable under the GDPR, our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
We use technical information and correspondence to protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to inquiries or rights complaints. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure service and resolving complaints, balanced against your rights. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations. If a feature requires consent, we will request it separately; you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies keep you signed in and help secure your session. The site also uses a language preference cookie named COLORING_FOR_LITTLES_LOCALE; browser storage saves favorites for signed-out visitors under coloringforlittles:favorites. Authentication sessions are configured to expire after 30 days and may renew while you use your account.
Signed-out favorites stay in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. You can clear cookies or browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent account features from working. A language preference may be recreated when you visit the site.
AI generation and public pages
Generation prompts are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI and Replicate to create images and related page information. The text needed for generation is sent to those providers. Their handling of that information is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies: Cloudflare and Replicate.
Generated pages are part of the public coloring-page collection. Completed images and related page information, including prompts used as page descriptions, may be visible to other visitors and search engines. The generator is not a private storage service. Contact us if a page exposes personal information that should be removed.
Sharing and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, asset storage, and AI infrastructure. Replicate processes image-generation requests. Google processes sign-in if you choose that option. These providers receive information needed for their respective functions. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or to investigate abuse or rights complaints; a complaint may be shared with the affected contributor when needed to assess it.
Providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers must use an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention and security
We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account, and generation records and public pages while they are part of the service. Technical records and correspondence are retained for operational, security, complaint-resolution, and legal needs. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose; it is not governed by a single fixed period.
You can request account or personal-data deletion by email. Some information may need to remain for legal obligations, security investigations, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Removing an account does not necessarily remove every public coloring page; identify any pages containing personal information in your request. Copies in backups or third-party search caches may remain until those systems update.
We use access controls and authentication safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
The service is intended to be operated by adults, including parents, caregivers, and teachers. Children can enjoy printed pages with adult supervision; they should not create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
Send requests to support@coloringforlittles.com from your account email when possible. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Under the GDPR, we normally respond within one month; permitted extensions will be explained to you. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
