These terms govern your use of Coloring for Littles at coloringforlittles.com, operated by Everything is Peachy s.r.o., Slovakia. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Questions can be sent to support@coloringforlittles.com.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Downloads and generated printables are subject to the Printable License. Rights complaints are handled under our Copyright, Trademark & IP Takedown Policy.
Adults and accounts
Accounts and the generator are intended for adults who can enter into an agreement under applicable law. Parents, caregivers, and teachers may use printed pages with children under their supervision.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate another person or access someone else's account without permission.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Submit content you do not have the right to use, or infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Submit sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, threats, hateful content, or other unlawful material.
- Include sensitive personal information or children's personal information in prompts.
- Bypass security or generation limits, interfere with the service, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
- Scrape or bulk-download the collection to republish it, resell it, or build a competing content library without written permission.
- Present Coloring for Littles as endorsing you, your organization, or your products without permission.
Prompts and generated content
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing results before using or sharing them. Submit only material you are authorized to use. By submitting a prompt, you give us permission to process it and to generate, store, display, and distribute the resulting coloring pages as part of the service, to the extent you hold the necessary rights.
Completed generated pages may be published in our public collection, together with related page information such as the prompt. Do not use the generator for confidential material.
The generator uses AI. Results may contain mistakes, resemble other works, or be unsuitable for a particular child or activity. We do not guarantee that results are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. Review each page before giving it to children. Generated pages are covered by the Printable License; use of the generator does not grant exclusive ownership or a commercial license.
Ownership and printable use
We and our licensors retain rights in the website, branding, and content to the extent those rights exist. You receive the permissions described in the Printable License, subject to any rights held by others. Names, characters, logos, and other third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights. Their appearance on a page does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
Availability, moderation, and account closure
We may update features, apply reasonable usage limits, and remove content that violates these terms or creates legal or security concerns. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users, or comply with law. When appropriate, we will explain the action and allow you to contact us about it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or permanent storage of generated pages. Keep your own copies of downloads you wish to retain. You can request account closure by emailing support; personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises that it will meet every particular purpose. You are responsible for choosing appropriate pages, supervising children, and using downloads lawfully.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law governing your situation.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by Slovak law, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here requires consumers to give up a court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms and update the date above, and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
