Respecting creators and rights holders
Coloring for Littles respects intellectual-property rights. Our collection includes AI-generated pages, and we review reports identifying material that may infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights. The appearance of a character, name, or brand does not imply that its owner endorses or is affiliated with the site.
The service is operated by Everything is Peachy s.r.o., Slovakia. Our Printable License grants permission only for rights we can grant; it does not grant rights in third-party characters, trademarks, or other protected material.
Send a report
Email support@coloringforlittles.com with the subject IP takedown report. You should be the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. Please include:
- Your name, organization if applicable, and an email address where we can reach you.
- The exact URL of each page or file you are reporting. A screenshot can help, but please include the URL too.
- A description of the work, trademark, or other right involved, with links or evidence identifying it. For trademarks, include the registration number, jurisdiction, and relevant goods or services where available.
- An explanation of how the reported material infringes the right. For trademark complaints, describe the confusion or misleading affiliation you believe is likely.
- Confirmation that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to represent the owner.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, where required for a formal copyright notice, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature, such as your full legal name.
Consider applicable exceptions and limitations, including fair use or permitted educational uses, before submitting a report. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How we review reports
We review the identified material and the information provided. We may ask for clarification or evidence, restrict access while we investigate, remove a page or file, or decline a report where we cannot establish a sufficient basis for action. A report does not automatically establish infringement.
Where appropriate, we may contact the contributor and share the information needed to understand and respond to the complaint. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may take account action for repeated or serious infringement, taking the circumstances into account.
If your content was removed
Reply to the removal notice, or email support with the page URL and an explanation of why you believe the removal was mistaken. Include evidence of permission, ownership, or an applicable legal exception. We will review the response and explain any further information needed.
If a statutory notice or counter-notice procedure applies, we will handle it according to that law. This general reporting process does not replace statutory requirements, designate a registered US DMCA agent, or promise automatic reinstatement after a fixed period.
Other concerns
For exposed personal information, unsafe content, or a concern that is not an IP complaint, email support@coloringforlittles.com with the relevant URLs and a description of the issue. Please submit reports honestly; knowingly false or abusive reports may have legal consequences.
